Years ago I was living in Prague traveling quite often to Poland to visit friends and Family. During one of the trips I bought 2 pounds of made in Poland candies as a present for my Czech girl-friend.
They are favorite sweets for many people and I enjoyed them myself very much.
I am ashamed to tell you that not even one candy survived the trip. Shamelessly I ate them all during my 12 hours train trip.
"Krowki" - "Cows" is traditional Fudge Candy manufactured for over 100 years in Poland. Try the rest: "Chalwa" is traditional Turkish delicacy which at the same time as coffee was introduced to Europe after Polish army defended Turkish army during siege of Vienna in 18 century.
